We listen first.
Every appointment starts with a proper consultation — no rushing to the basin. We ask about your hair history, what's worked, what hasn't, and what you're hoping for. No judgement, no obligation.

We're honest with you.
We'd rather have an honest conversation than give you a result you'll regret. If something isn't achievable or would damage your hair, we'll say so — and help you find what will work.

You leave knowing how to maintain it.
Before you go, we'll walk you through exactly how to look after your hair at home — what to use, what to avoid, and when to come back.
Considering a big change? Not sure if you want to commit? We can always start smaller and build from there.

I went in for a medium length wavy flow perm and Ara 100% understood the assignment! This was one of the best consults I've ever had. Ara took her time to explain the differences in each of the inspo photos I showed her, making sure we were both on the same page.
